Over the past 20 years, I had the privilege to design and lead many workshops and trainings, for clients ranging from international institutions, large and smaller corporates across different sectors, non profit organisations, and even schools. All my workshops and trainings are bespoke, connecting to my clients context and needs. I love working with my clients to make sure my workshops and trainings are relevant, engaging, practical, inspiring and impactful.
Given my background and expertise in leadership and organisational health, my qualification as certified mediator, and my experience in acting, voice work and and performance, I focus on four main areas:

Team workshops and team coaching
Supporting teams through joint trainings, coaching and offsites is one of my greatest passions. What I love most about this work is to create events that respond precisely to a specific team’s situation, needs and dynamics. All my team events are co-created with my clients, and their success has been due to this co-creation and client focus, and through combining clear structure with playfulness and a relaxed atmosphere in which people feel free to exchange and express themselves.
