The masterclass offers 4 main building blocks:
An initial SMART Power assessment for you to better understand your strengths and individual development focus.
To understand your results, a full 1-1 debrief and coaching session with me.
Online group sessions (8 in total) to take you through the 5 pillars of SMART Power. The group setting is a powerful accelerator for growth, as it allows you to learn not only from the “teacher” but also through the exchange with your peers.
An optional one-day in person session to deepen the learning and connections.
